People are always impressed by the location, the high ceilings and huge windows - it feels very light and airy, is surrounded by trees and it is so peaceful at night that it doesn't feel like London. Both bedrooms are generously sized and we put in a study area and victorian clothes airer to make the best use of the space. Having Crystal Palace Park just over the road is amazing, and the triangle is within walking distance (or a few minutes bus ride if you're feeling lazy) which is great for shops, cafes, restaurants and bars - and the monthly market. It's also lovely having the communal garden for summer barbecues and sunbathing. There are three stations within easy walking distance with direct links into Central London and loads of buses. We've been very happy here; it really is a great place to live.
