A two bedroom ex-Warner property in the pretty and leafy Lloyd park area. Beautifully presented, this flat has lots of space and a lovely calm feel. Large windows to the front of the property lends a feeling of space and light, and with a original Victorian fireplace and the stripped wooden flooring, this room has a simple but stylish appeal. The first bedroom is one of two double-sized bedrooms, making for a great child’s bedroom, guest room, or home office. There is a good sized kitchen with plenty of storage and quartz work tops, and a generous-sized bathroom. At the rear of the flat is the lounge overlooking the garden, again with a very tranquil feel. Outside, the large shared garden is very well presented and easily maintained, and a great space for entertaining. Lloyd Park is one of Walthamstow’s most popular and sought-after areas, being a short walk to the excellent transport links of the Victoria line and the mainline to Liverpool street, but also just a stones throw from the William Morris Gallery and Aveling & Lloyd Park- home to many annual events.A Word From The Owner....."When we began our property search in Walthamstow over 4 years ago, we didn’t focus on any specific areas. However, it soon became very clear that Lloyd Park and the Warner flats were the place we wanted to be in. This certainly has been the best decision we’ve made! Lloyd Park was undergoing extensive works and was closed at the time, but we just knew that the vicinity to the park and a property with great history was very important to us. Now with the park fully opened, the lovely William Morris Gallery, fantastic playgrounds, new cafes constantly opening, restaurants, cinema and brilliant transport links to get around London, the area is absolutely great to live in for people of all ages and professions. The community feel in the Warner flats is also phenomenal (the low fences in the garden definitely help with bonding whilst hanging laundry) and we even know our postman, milkman and local shopkeepers. All of our neighbours are absolutely fantastic and ideally we would like them all to move with us!As much as we love our flat, we need extra rooms for our family. This has led us to decide to get our new place around Lloyd Park as well, as we cannot imagine moving to a different part of London (or even Walthamstow) – We just love it here! Being our first place ever and where our daughter spend her first months of life, we will miss our flat a lot as there are so many happy memories attached to it. It sounds impossible, but the sun was always shining on our home and we are sure that it will do the same for the next owner."
