This lovely two-bedroom first-floor Ex Warner combines both period features, and contemporary decor. The apartment has a spacious, bright kitchen/diner which leads to a balcony and a south facing private garden. The living room, with original windows and wood-flooring is warm and welcoming and space, perfect for relaxing after a long day. With two bedrooms and your own front door the property makes for an ideal apartment. Leucha Road Conservation Area was named after Lady Leucha Diana Maude, wife of Sir T.C.T Warner and most of the original architectural features survive. The property is close to E17 High Street which has excellent transport options (notably St James Street station), as well as currently undergoing a major programme of regeneration.Lounge (3.9m x 3.3m (12'9" x 10'9"))Kitchen/Diner (3.2m x 3.1m (10'5" x 10'2"))Bathroom (2.2m x 1.4m (7'2" x 4'7"))Bedroom (3.9m x3.3m (12'9" x10'9"))Bedroom (3.0m x 1.9m (9'10" x 6'2"))A word from the owner..... The flat gets the sun all day round - in the kitchen and master bedroom in the morning, and at the front of the flat in the afternoon. Despite being so close to the high street, Leucha Road is wonderfully quiet and at the back it feels very secluded, with tall trees creating privacy and quiet. You can actually hear birds singing! Summer is great with such a large, well-established garden and south facing balcony - a perfect sun trap. When I moved in the apple and cherry trees were laden with fruit. Now it's turning cold outside the flat is extremely cosy. It's nice to look out on the Victorian street-lamps on a winter evening. Being a 2-minute walk from St James Street station is a real bonus, and the International Supermarket is great for fresh herbs and veg. I'd also recommend exploring the Walthamstow Marshes, which are great for a morning run.
